Cancellation Policy

DRAZA Martial Arts Women's Self Defense Workshop Cancellation and No-Show Policy Purpose: To ensure that all participants are committed and to help us better manage our resources and time, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy. Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the workshop. Nonrefundable Fee: A nonrefundable fee of $20 is required to secure your spot in the workshop. No-Show Policy: Participants who do not show up for the workshop without prior notice will forfeit their nonrefundable fee. Exceptions: In cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, we may consider waiving the additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Process for Cancellation: To cancel your registration, please email us at drazamma@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the workshop. Communication: This policy will be communicated at the time of registration and included in all workshop confirmation emails. Enforcement: We reserve the right to enforce this policy strictly to ensure fairness to all participants and staff.
